ABOUT THE FILM
Filmed at Unbridled Sanctuary, Our Dark Horse follows Karen Sue's Kitten, affectionately known as Kitty, a former racehorse and broodmare rescued from the slaughter pipeline.
Through Kitty's journey, filmmaker Grace Barry reveals the inner lives of horses, their emotional capacity, intelligence, friendships, maternal bonds, and profound expression of their who-ness when given the freedom to be themselves.
