When we moved to this property in 2022, we knew that the main Sanctuary Barn roof would eventually need to be replaced. We’ve maintained it, repaired it, and made it last longer than anyone expected. But we have reached the limit of what the original cedar shingles can safely support.

We are replacing the Sanctuary barn roof with a new 50-year roof that will protect the horses for decades. This project has been in our planning since we took ownership of the property. Over the past year, we evaluated multiple bids with input from the Board of Directors, and we are thrilled to move forward with a trusted local contractor GRACE ROOFING in nearby Delmar, NY.
